This offering is designed for those looking to immerse themselves into a new way of living based on principles of Chinese Medicine. Rather than addressing symptoms in isolated sessions, for three months we’ll observe your patterns as they unfold and support meaningful changes in systems that regulate your health.
Through customized herbal strategies, lifestyle practices, food therapy, and regular check-ins, this container creates the space for your body to recalibrate and for new habits to take root in your life.
At its core, Chinese Medicine is a lifestyle backed by thousands of years of practical application and tangible results. This format of continuity, observation, and gradual refinement allows this medicine to me practices in how it was originally intended.

Esoteric Acupuncture Protocol (distal only; read below for in-person option)
A guided protocol for awakening intuition and exploring the deeper layers of consciousness.
This protocol blends principles of Chinese Medicine, medical qi gong, and principles of hypnosis to guide you into a deeply receptive and expanded state of awareness.
Through a specific esoteric acupuncture protocol called “The Golden Needle”, your energetic system will be gently activated, allowing you to access a deep meditative state where perception, insight, and intuition are enhanced.
Experiences can very widely from person to person, but but many encounter profound insight, emotional release, and clarity. The intention with this protocol is to enable people to recognize that intuitive perception is not outside of themself, but a natural ability that can be cultivated through awareness, intention, and practice.
Currently only performing distal work, but in-person options will be available in Costa Rica winter 2026.
